3 Steps To Get Tuition On Time

  1. YOUR CONTRACT – Have a clear payment policy in your Daycare Contract. Be sure to include details like how much is due, how it’s to be paid, when it’s due, and what happens if its late.
  2. DON’T FORGET – Reminders never hurt anyone. Remember when you last received a reminder that a payment was coming due? That was helpful right. Reminding your clients can be super helpful and a lot less painful than chasing late payments. Try setting up an automatic email or text.
  3. EASIER PAYMENTS – Make it easy for them to pay you. Nowadays there are several payment methods that people are used to using regularly. Consider adding a few other than the standard cash or check payments. That way if someone “forgets”, you can remind them of other ways to pay you and avoid a “late fee”.
