Creating your perfect morning

As you create the perfect morning routine for you consider what you need and what you need to do before you really start your daycare day. For example, if you need to stay inspired make it a point to find a daily affirmation, meditate or pray.

Maybe this is the perfect time to listen to an audiobook or my favorite – journaling. The point is to create a daily process that allows you the space to start your day on a positive note.

My Morning Routine

One of the best things I did in 2021 was to create and incorporate a morning routine. And when I tell you it has made a world of difference in not just my morning but my daycare days I MEAN IT!

My morning routine allows me to create inspiration for my day, get spiritually balanced, review my day, and accomplish routine tasks that prepare me so I don’t forget anything important. This allows me a specific dedicated time of the day to do certain tasks like journaling, checking my calendar for appointments, and my emails.

And just as important, because I have this scheduled every day, I don’t feel rushed into my day. Yes, a morning routine is an excellent way to start your day.
